Week of April 8

Here's what I'm putting in the weekly win column for this week:
  • I'm now a gym goer. 
  • I started on the next book.
  • Converted a friend to a kale juice drinker.  
  • Got the deets on a yoga class at my company.  Will be working on it next week!

Week of March 24

Here's what I'm putting in the weekly win column for this week:
  • I made it to the gym four days this week!  
  • Spark (the book) complete!  Check out the blog entry.  It's a life changer.
  • Made my contribution to my savings account.  
  • Volunteered at the local Food Bank.  It was awesome.

Week of March 17

Here's what I'm putting in the weekly win column for this week:
  • I made it to the gym on schedule!  And, I'm adding a few new moves to my workout.  Watch out poor gym goers!
  • Spark (the book) has taken over my mind.  I'm annoying people with content from it.  I'm so ready to write about it, but, I have to finish it first...
  • I haven't completely abandoned soda as I wanted to, but I never have more than one a day and do go some days without.  I don't really miss it...
  • I'm doing well on the sleep.  Blog post to come soon on that.

Week of March 10

Here's what I'm putting in the weekly win column for this week:
  • I made it to the gym twice!
  • Made a little progress on Spark. However, it's kinda brainy. Gonna take a while.  
  • Started on a screenplay/book with THE Lisa Cline. We are going to have so much fun with this!
  • Have been trying to get more sleep. So far I can get six hours, and I'm trying to up it a little each week. It really does help with stress.

Week of March 3

Here's what I'm putting in the weekly win column for this week:
  • I had my first session at the gym at work-- read more about it here!
  • Soda reduction is going well.  I can't say I'm totally without it, but I do have some days where I don't want it.  
  • Finished The Untethered Soul and started my next book "Spark".  
  • Had a very healthy week of eating.  This isn't part of the quest, but I'm finding that as I'm making other small changes in my life, the decision to eat better is more appealing.  And, next month I have to try gluten free, so I'm trying to introduce some of those habits this month and that will make it easier when the time comes!
  • I got out of town and went to NYC.  Always good for the soul.  And, I got to ride in a helicopter for the first time.  Awesome.

Week of February 16

Here's what I'm putting in the weekly win column for this week:
  • I am still flossing.  It is a habit now!
  • I joined the gym at work. I didn't go to it, but I joined it. Win. 
  • I survived a day of the social media fast. Nailed it. 
  • Got a little lazy but reached out to accountability team. They helped me to focus!  I like them!

Week of February 9

Here's what I'm putting in the weekly win column for this week:
  • I continue to reduce the soda.  Big blog entry about that coming soon.  
  • I am still flossing.  It is becoming a habit (gasp).
  • I didn't attack the elliptical, but I did walk a lot more this week than normal.  I know, it's not the same, but I did something...
  • I cleared out the pantry.  It was full of old stuff in boxes. It's amazing how much space I got back.
  • Started planning two trips with friends that are coming up.  I'm terribly excited. 
  • I identified another aspect to the quest-- stress management.

Week of February 2

Here's what I'm putting in the weekly win column for this week:
  • Made progress on the book, The Untethered Soul
  • Didn't complete my full day off social media, but I made it to 4 p.m..  Have committed to try it again this week!
  • I have reduced the soda-- had a 4 days that I actually made it with only one!  
  • Big win-- I am rocking the flossing.  I still hate it, but it does actually get easier and your teeth feel so much better!
  • Had a fun night out with my go and do coach Kelly.  Great meal and cocktails.  Perfect end to a very long week.
  • Got to know the elliptical machine again.  Whew.  This is gonna take some effort.  But I did it!
